Zaynoor Jewellery offers a refund policy on premium artificial jewellery and custom-designed silver items as detailed below.

Eligibility

• Refund requests must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery.

• Products must be in original condition, unworn, with tags and original packaging intact.

• Custom-designed silver jewellery is final sale and not eligible for a refund unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Non-Refundable Items

• Items worn, damaged, or missing original packaging or tags.

• Personalized or customized silver jewellery (unless defective).

Refund Processing

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you and process a refund within 7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
