Eligibility

Refund requests must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Products must be in original condition, unworn, with tags and original packaging intact.

Custom-designed silver jewellery is final sale and not eligible for a refund unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you and process a refund within 7 business days.
